Cancellation and Refund Policy
On or before 1 Sept 2025: 50% refund
From 15 Oct 2025 onward: No refund
Requests to be sent via email to: registration@gprcfmy.com. Refunds processed after the Congress via original payment method. Participant is responsible for any bank charges.
Disclaimer
While every effort will be made to present the programme as advertised, the organisers reserve the right to modify or cancel any arrangements due to unforeseen circumstances. If the congress is cancelled, pre-paid fees will be refunded in full. The organiser is not liable for other losses incurred.
